THE TEACHING MINISTRY OF CHRIST

Over a public ministry of just three years, Christ revealed the Good News — the sacred plan for the restoration of trust and the possibility of redemption. Christ proclaims that He, the Word made Flesh, has fulfilled and renewed the Word made Law. The Teaching Ministry of Christ would spread this Good News like wildfire, for the shared benefit of all who believe.

The Good News is a light shining in darkness, and it must be shared for the benefit of all. Everyone who receives the wisdom of His teachings is entrusted with making it fruitful.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name;
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

R: Give us, this day, our daily bread;
     And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us;
     And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. AMEN.

Holy Scripture

Genesis 14:18-19

Melchizedek, king of Salem, brought out bread and wine.  He was a priest of God Most High. 
He blessed Abram with these words: “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, the creator of heaven and earth;
And blessed be God Most High, who delivered your foes into your hand.”

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
